Phone won't turn on [3rd replacement phone]

The phone I'm currently having troubles with is my 3rd replacement phone.

The first one kept freezing everytime I had pulled out the keyboard. Second one gave me a flash error. And now this one won't turn on.

I do NOT do any type of rooting or changing of system files. Verizon keeps sending me used phones that continue to give problems.

Anyways...this phone atm is not turning on at all. It will light up for about 10secs then shut down. I tried this several times with a wall charger pulled in, but to no success.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I tried a hard reset, but nothing happens....

EDIT2: I just realized that the phone is working itself, it's just the screen that is not working.

I did not drop it or hit it or anything =P.
