Photo Transfer, PC to Droid

I created a folder on my Droid to transfer photos from my PC. When I checked the folder on my Droid it shows me 2 folders with the same photos. Should I have created a folder or just transfered without a destination folder??

The easiest way is to just drop pics from the pc into the DCIM folder on the droid.
