Photos in Gallery Deleted After USB charge

I noticed two days ago that pictures I was taking with my Droid were not transferring into the gallery at all (Store Location is On in Camera Settings). Then, yesterday, I charged my Droid at work from my PC USB cable. When I looked at my photo gallery last night, all the photos I had taken with my Droid camera were gone from the gallery and I can't find them anywhere on the SD Card. When I came into work today, I searched my work PC for the files (I didn't Mount the phone, so nothing should have transferred), just in case. The photos are not there, either. All photos from email that I downloaded to my phone are still visible. Any ideas what could have happened or how to prevent this from happening again???

seems your photos have been deleted or misplaced. Try using some photo recovery software after connecting the SD Card to your computer. you can download the free version and try this software. Hope you will preview your deleted photos.
