Physical keyboard

I have a cheap tablet keyboard that I'm wondering if I can use. When I plug it in to GN2, it shows a USB keyboard connected in ongoing notifications, but doesn't register in Settings anywhere. Any help?

Thank you.

I have to laugh at you using an external keyboard with a smartphone. But on the other hand I can possibly see why you would want to do that. I did use one with a Toshiba PDA in years past. For note taking at meetings. Lot easier than lugging a big old laptop in those days.

And speaking of old PDAs, I go back to the original Palm Pilot. With that stated you can possibly understand why I don't use the on screen keyboard with my GN2. Keys too small and hard to type with just one finger. And I have found an app that allows me to use the Palm Graffiti entry method that I learned a long time ago.

Well, hope you can get your problem solved. Good luck.

BuccoDroid, so glad to have provided some morning entertainment. (P.s. Where are the smiley faces on this keyboard?)

I was thinking if I wanted to use it for a database project, etc.

Thanks!
