Picasa Gallery Issue

Im having a brain cramp right now and cant figure out how to get my gallery to sync with picasa on the X. On the regular droid it did it automatically when you signed in to gmail. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I installed the Picasa app from marketplace. That not what you were looking for?

Not really, i wanted it to be like the droids gallery where it was integrated.

I'm having the same issue.. my Google Nexus One automatically integrated my Picasa account into the Gallery app, but it doesn't seem to work on the Droid X. Kinda disappointing. Unless we're missing something...

I've got the Picasa account setup but no pics in Gallery. It isn't still syncing or anything as I did all that first thing this morning.

Same issue here. There's no prompt in ACCOUNTS to do this. There is a setting somewhere that asked where to draw pictures from, and Facebook and Twitter are the only sources

I can't find a way to integrate picasa photos into the gallery. The only function of the picasa account seems to be to upload photos, which is okay, but I wanted the gallery as well.

Funny how once we get used to something, we need to have it from then on! The Picasa photos started showing up in my Droid gallery a few months ago, much to my surprise, and I loved it.

Now, on the Droid X, it doesn't (seems odd that with the same OS it wouldn't), but as we see here, I'm not the only one. Seems to be a problem, since no one yet has indicated a fix or shown us what we need to do to activate this function.

If I upload a photo using the quick upload feature to my linked picasa account I can't even find the photo online? Where did it go??? That's the question!

Just a note...

Go back into your primary gmail account to check the newly added "Picasa" option to enable the sync.

You may also get notification to authorize access so watch for that.

Lastly, when viewing a photo taken from your camera you may notice the share option, if you select Picasa you'll see options to name the photo and choose the album to upload to. You can even create new albums on the fly. Very Cool!!!
