picture capture while taking video

as u might know, you can take pictures while taking video. My button that lets you do that is missing. anyone know how to get it back??

go to video mode and hit the cog for settings on the bottom left in landscape and top left in portrait. Try to scroll to the bottom and hit reset and see if that works.

that did it. then I reworked settings and it happened again. so I went through individual settings. looks like you cannot have anti shake on if you want the picture option functionality
