So, I have had this problem since I purchased my Razr in January. I couldn't send picture messages using the stock messaging app, so I downloaded Handcent again after remembering how well it worked on my G1 many years ago. Now that I've been using Handcent, my device still fails to send the picture message and just shows the progress bar until it tells me that it failed to send it. I'm not sending the messages over a WiFi network, nor is my WiFi enabled. I'm not sure what else to do for this issue. Any suggestions? Also my Razr is rooted.
