Pictures attaching to music

I just got some music recorded by a friend on to my Droid X *yay* but for some reason it's grabbed a random picture (of an ex-boyfriend) to be her album cover. They are completely unrelated and it's creeping me out! I've deleted the picture, I've deleted the music. I re-downloaded the music, but the picture is still coming with it. How do I stop this twilight zone-esque issue??? Thanks!

It's album art, people embed it with the file.
You can download android id 3 and change the album art.
