Solved Play store and compatabilty issues

I recently deleted some apps from my phone, now when I try to download them it says not compatible with device.

I have the new version 4.9.13 installed.
When I open the store it goes straight to the app shop and not store home, I cannot see the tabs for apps, games, movies, books etc.
If I slide the menu across, part with my apps and settings and click on store home it goes back to shop apps.

I have a HTC Desire 310
Any ideas on these issues would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum.
Go to Settings>Apps and locate the PS App. Delete cache and data and restart your phone.
Lets us know if that works for you.

Hi, that's not worked.

I've added a pic of my 'home' page.

I did have the store home page a couple of days ago but my phone went dead and on restart it was gone.

Seems to be working ok now. Went back to settings»apps»play store then deleted all data and cache and forced stop. Now working.
