Play Store Keeps Crashing

I have a galaxy note 2, and my play store keeps crashing. I cant download any apps or update any and its very frustrating. I really need help. Plus, I cant save any image or download anything from my google chrome. I dont know why, I cant uninstall it and then install it again because my play wouldnt let me. If you know why this is happening please tell me.

I don't have a note 2 but I'll start it off by suggesting some things if you haven't tried yet.... have you done a battery pull? Factory Data Reset?

Do you have more then 1 Gmail account? If so you can try going into settings > accounts and remove your primary Gmail account and then add it again. If you're experiencing problems with both Play Store and Chrome it almost seems like a Google account issue.
Alternatively you can try going into the manage app section under settings and try clearing cache and data from both these apps.
If the problem still persists after trying those two options, I'd recommend a factory reset as mentioned above.
