Playing iPhone Videos on Droid

I have the Droid 1 and I'm not able to play videos that my friend sent me recorded from his iPhone. Is there an app to allow these videos to be played? Or can I reformat them to play on my Droid?

if you can copy video files off sd card you can convert they to whatever format you need with videopad video editor i use this to do dvd movies to puy on my droid eris no prob have fun.
