Yes - This needs to stop & just Drive.

I see way too much of it creating major lane action crisis.
Forcing others to change lanes to get around these users.

is no less than a train on tires.

If it's just a location update - 169 @ 94 - that's fine.
It takes me 5 miles to get that much on the screen anyway.
