Please help a noob

Go figure i set up virtualized servers all day for a large company and monitor 165 blade servers in a huge data center. I cant figure out my freaking droid 2 global.

It is at the bootloader screen.

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB

I have gogled and googled. Is there a some one out there that can just dumb down what I need to do. I downloaded rsd lite and the sbf file. My windows 7 64bit machine doesn't recognize the phone. Is this the correct method to fix the problem. Im at my breaking point.

Any help would be appericated, I aplogize in advance since im sure this has been asked 9,762 times.

Did you download the Motorola drivers?

this is what I downloaded and installed. Before the install windows see phone but couldt reocognize it. After install i plug it it nothing at all
