Please help!!! Browser keeps directing me to Back Button-JSP Page

What is this? Does any know why I keep being forwarded to this blank page? At the top of page it says. Back button jsp page.

If you're talking about VZW's site, it happens sometimes. No clue why. Usually the problem goes away after 2-3 hours.

Yes I am talking about Verizon's site....I think its strange that it doesn't do that at all on my X, just my D2G. Thank you though at least I know now its not isolated to my phone.

It happens for me on my desktop, once in a few days.
Never tried to visit VZW's site from my phone, as I'm not even a customer anyway.
