Please Help!! Screen will not turn on.

I was trying to go from BB V.4 to 1.1 and tried to reboot into recovery but now my phone will not turn on. I tried booting into recovery manually. The screen turns on (black) and the phone seems to be functioning because my text message LED is blinking. I can't get the screen to show anything but black, though.

Pull the battery and reboot? Also try rebooting to recovery. That should work at a minimum? Did you get past M logo screen?

If you can get into recovery I recommend wiping and reinstalling.

I tried pulling the battery. I cannot boot into recovery or reach the M logo. I took it into Verizon and they said they've seen this happen a couple of times. So maybe it isn't root-related? Anyways, they're sending me a new (refurb probably) Droid.
