Please help with my moto droid problem

Ok so i have a rooted droid (origially sholes mod) and i switched over to Rom manger. Now when i switched over to rom manager, i was 2.0.1 not the update 2.1 because i always pushed installed later, i thought it would brick my phone if i did the update. So i have had alot of problems with rom manager and all (currently running BB v.1 and runs like crap, all my pictures are gone musics gone, home button doesnt work, now this all didnt happen the first two times i used rom manager!) please help me all u pros!
