Please Helpovery screen Trying Again....

I though I had bricked my phone that goodness I didnt. I am sitting in the blue recovey screen. I have wiped the catch and data, here I sit. I am a total NOOB. I have NO IDEA what i am doing. PLEASE can someone help me? Here is a link to what happend from yesterday. Thank you
