hi, when u say sounds are u referring to music or ring tones, etc? if its on ur sd card, do u think u can swap out the card and load it onto ur D3? if not, upload those files to a pc then transfer them to ur D3

I meant the stock r2d2 ringtones and some of the stock wallpapers and things

Nope. they are not on the sd card. I will try the Bluetooth option. Thank you.

I recommend using a file manager that can access the system area of the phone and copy these items to your SD card. I tested this by using OI File Manager. There are many files manager that have the ability to read the system area and copy files from it.

On the Droid 3:
1. Stock Ringtones are located in system/media/audio/ringtones
2. I was not able to locate the wallpapers, but you may be able to.

Good Luck,
Bob

What "things"? The type(s) of things makes a difference. You need to be very specific if you want help with migrating.

The stock r2 stuff. star wars wallpapers, live wallpapers, ringtones, the r2d2 clock, maybe the best of r2d2 app. Want to have it for when I feel nostalgic.
