pop3 emails disappearing from inbox

Hi,

I am having an issue with my work e-mail which is a pop3 account. I can send and receive message from my droid. My issue is when I go into Outlook and look through my new e-mails, those emails disappear from my inbox on my droid.

If anyone can help with this I would appreciate it.
