Possessed Droid!

Im having a major issue with my Droid! It is pulling up apps, dialing numbers, typing texts, trying to reset my settings, and when it starts doing all of this the only way I can stop it is by pulling the battery out. Then it takes FOREVER for it to turn back on. I have tried debugging it with my computer and nothing seems to be working! HELP!

This sometimes happens with off-brand chargers plugged in, are you using anything other than what came with the phone?

Im using the charger it came with. And thing is, its doing it even when the charger isnt plugged in. Im having to keep it in lock mode so it doesnt keep going crazy... what can I do? Take it and exchange it?

you could try a factory reset first. I can't think of anything else that might help. Most likely a hardware issue.

If you wanna try a factory reset, it is in menu>settings>privacy. If you cant access it due to the screen not cooperating you'll have to do it from the recovery menu: power off>power back on while holding X on the physical keyboard until the android screen>press volume up and camera button at the same time>use D-Pad on keyboard to select factory reset from the menu.

Mine did the same thing, take it back and get another one.
Not rooted either and useing factory charger as well, something is happening to the Droids, Y2K. :-)
