i downloaded this wifi tether apk and it works on my bionic. For months and the last time i checked the original wifi tether apk did not work on the bionic because motorola blocked it. We all had to use the buil in wifi tether with the hack, if the link does not work search droid-life.com for "galaxy nexus wifi" it has the download there also.

USB tethering works right out of the box. Just plug it into your computer and enable it in the settings.
