Possible to add multiple phone numbers to 1 text message?

This may be a little confusing, but I get automatic text messages from work throughout the day and they all come from different emails. Because of this, my text inbox is full of all different messages for the same thing. Is there any way to consolidate all the emails/numbers from work into one text message? I attempted to make 1 contact and add the emails and numbers into it, but it still separates all the different texts..
