Possible to force an app to stay in memory?

Is it possible to force an app to stay in the memory? It seems like every time I run anything that uses more then just a bit of memory or change orientation launcher pro has to rebuild the screen caches which takes a good 5-10 seconds. Really annoying anyone experience this and have any ideas for me?

Running BB 0.4 froyo, no task managers, memfree manager set to "agressive". I have 5 widgets running and a LOT of shortcuts, but I don't see them using that much memory.

Unfortunately, that setting in Launcher Pro does little to lock itself in memory.

Read my sig and try that. It works for me. There is a full discussion about this which I started on the launcherpro.com forum.

Anyways, read my sig and try that
