Possibly dumb question about the "Play Music" app

I know there is an option on the website to download your library. I was curious if this was possible on my phone? (I am currently running a Bionic with CM10.1 JB app)

It would be really cool to download the music while on wifi and just have it on my phone. I see there is a "Download via Wi-Fi only" check box. But this does not appear to actually download any thing and the music does not appear to ever download to the actual SD card?

First, create a playlist of songs you want to keep on your phone.

Then, just click on the "thumbtack" when browsing the playlist and the songs associated w/ the playlist will be kept on the phone until you "un-tack" the playlist.
