Post update, phone options display about silent mode wrong?

Has anyone else noticed that after the update, the menu that is displayed when you push and hold the top (power) button is sometimes incorrect?

Ie I know the phone is not in silent mode, yet when I click and hold the menu says silent mode is on?

Are you sure it doesn't say "sound is ON"? That's what mine says and after reading your post I thought you were right because at first glance I saw ON under silent mode but then after closer inspection I saw it said "sound is ON".
