Ok, so supposedly, Quadrant has been updated to take ICS and dual core systems into account. The scale has changed, so these scores have nothing to do with the old ones, though they do provide the nexus and Galaxy Tab scores for default comparison now.
Frames rates on the video portion DO seem higher and smoother on my phone.
My score was 2023, which is almost exactly even with the Galaxy Nexus.
