Potential critical error when doing rooting please help

and I encountered an error:

the program ran for a good 5 seconds and then I was met with that error, my phone looks like this:

so it appears that it may have something to do with...my...Cache? I'm not really sure that would really mean, though.

Help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

It's definitely stuck

Might have to just get it back to stock and try again!
