Power Amp/screen light problem.

I have a droid X. I downloaded the trial for the Power Amp app. Its a really nice replacement for the stock music generator for the droid. But I started having problems with the screen light on my phone an it just turning on randomly. Not only did it get annoying to keep turning it off, but it DRAINED my battery. I didn't kno what it was at first, so I rebooted my phone, and restored it. And it was fine till I got my apps back. Then it started Doin it again. So I realized it was an app. I uninstalled the Power Amp all. An now im fine. Does anyone kno anything about this?

I've been using PowerAmp on my Rooted Droid for quite a while now and have not experienced that issue. I would suggest reinstalling and see if the issue is still there. If it is, report this to the developer of PowerAmp.
