Power button stuck down

My razr maxx HD power button is stuck down. It works, but it needs to be pushed very hard to make it work, it does not click anymore. Can it be fixed?

OK now the button is totally dead, does not work anymore.
Can it be canged, the part that cliks. Phone is useless now.

There are tear down videos on line (search You Tube) that might help you decide if you want to tackle that yourself. How old is the phone? Is it still under the 12 month manufacturer warranty? Do you have insurance through your carrier?

Phone was used when I bought it, and I live in finland, so Ill need to fix it by my self. I just found out that the side key flex cable ribbon can be repaced with new on.
