Power Controls in Notification Bar

I checked out the work done on CM7 today and even though I'm not sticking with it for now (I use my camera frequently, among other things) I am in LOVE with the power control toggles in the notification bar.

So my question is this: is there are way to get these on the froyo notif bar? An app or something of the sort?
