Anyone stopped to think how much we are able to do with this and other similar devices? Unless it's a problem with app, I've hardly ever rebooted it. First computer I had got the Blue Screen Of Death all the time. Twice as much processor speed, windows 98 only supported 512 ram so were not too far off. The screen resolution is better, and as a media device much better. So I'm not going to tweek too much over any issues I may have. We'll work them out, and watch it get better as we go.

Some of the "Smart Phones " I've had in the past remind me of Windows 98 compared to the Droid. Same spinning hour glass. Just Saying. LOL

@dezy 2.1 should be released in january but nothing is concrete yet.

That's a newer version of Android. We are at 2.0.1 with the last update.

2.1 is what the Nexus One currently have. Nexus One was given to Google Employees only..... probably to test them out

google does this with all the google phones.... give them out early for testing to all the employees at the googleplex campus in Mountain View CA.
