Power (top left) button stuck

I posted this on the tech forum, but so far no replies. I was hoping that someone may have heard of this problem:

My Dinc power button appears to be "stuck". When I press it down it doesn't do anything (activate/deactivate sleep mode; allow me to power down my phone). Has anyone else had a similar problem?

The only way I know to wake it is to either take out battery or receive phone call, message, etc. which "wakes" the phone.

Please help!

I haven't heard of that issue. That is a warrranty issue please contact Verizon and we will replace the phone for you.

If I have to replace it, will that require a long delay in receiving it? If so, I'm wondering if I should wait until more are available...a little inconvenient, but I want to minimize the time without it.

I have had this issue as well. It seems to be a problem with the back not sitting properly on the phone. try pushing the back to the right and it should release the top button when it gets stuck.
