Predictive text and auto-space question...

My Incredible delivered to work about an hour ago and let me tell you....productivity came to a screeching halt.

Nothing really to report that hasn't already been said about the device physically, and I'm too soon in to give a credible review.

I do have a question regarding the keypad and predictive text. On my droid i was able to start typing a word and then once the word appeared in the predictive text area, i could click on it and it would automatically put a space in for the next word. The incredible simply stops after it inserts the word and doesn't space. Is there a way to put the space in there automatically? No biggie...but it was a nice feature....

Also, bonus question....do you know if it is possible to change the color of your calendars. I used to have two separate calendars(personal and work) on the droid. It now combines all the calendars into one which is completely fine. My issue is the coloring. Both calendars are hardly distinguishable without really straining the eyes. I'd like to set one of the calendars with a bit more contrast.

Thanks!

I still haven't found a setting for the predictive text, but I did manage on the calendar. Hopefully, it helps someone down the road.

To change colors on the Incredible calendar, just go to your calendar within Google online. On the left side hit the little drop down and pick the color you want. Go back to the phone and issue a refresh from the calendar app. Sweet!

Still not digging the keyboard because of how predictive text works. 2 issues:

1) - no autospace after selecting a word from predictive text (minor issue)
2) - predictive text not quite as good as the droid. I really feel like the droid could "predict" the word i was going to type much better than the Inc. Maybe it's all the same and I'm just imagining things.

I will say that my sipping of the Incredible Kool-Aid looks like it could turn into gulping by the weekend!

Great point about the lack of auto-space on the keyboard. I actually thought the Android stock keyboard did that, but I couldn't remember for sure - I had been using Swype for so long that I was not 100% sure.

If anyone can figure out if this is an option that can be turned on, I'd love to know.
