If i were to buy a droid incredible 2 with no contract on ebay, would I be able to get Verizon's pay as you go plan?

vzw has a tiered plan. u may wanna consult with vzw with ur inquries.

Nope. They have select prepaid phones only. There could be a way to get the inc2 to work on it, but the mods would delete that discussion on sight. Search around a bit.
