PrinterShare problem

I installed the PrinterShare app but when I try to print something it'll say internal error and I can't continue printing. It picks up my printer fine and everything seems to work except the printing part. Anyone know a solution to this?

Please restart your mobile device, your printer and the router prior to re-installing the app.
Re-install the app afterwards if the problem persists.

Also please make sure that you are using an appropriate driver corresponding to your printer model.

This thread is over 5 years old and the OP hasn't logged in in about that long as well, but good advice for anyone else running into issues with the app...
