Pro typing bottom row misfires

Anyone have problems with triggering the bottom row keys if they're typing? I lost a 2page email yesterday when it SELECT ALL'd in the middle of a sentence (soft context menu + select all I think) and replaced it with the next keystroke.

I'd love to dial the sensitivity down but I don't think that's customizable. Thoughts?
