Proble with s3 and spam function

to make a long story short I blocked my friends number using the add to spam function under the settings in the text app or whatever he apologized for being a huge douche and major buzzkill but i would like to get texts from him now i can get calls from him but not texts i wanna get his texts please??????? how do i fix?????????

Welcome to the forum.
I'm not certain if you can selectively delete a blocked sender, but if you go to settings applications all and find the app you can clear defaults which would then allow everybody to send again. I don't do any texting, otherwise might be able to provide you with a better solution.
