Problem after ics leak install

I'm a roookie and hope I haven't ruined my phone ?
I have scrolling words on my screen on the upper right side after installing ics leak.
Please help if possible to get rid of this.

What do the words say?

The Words switch
Top line is always numbers 0.31/0.49/0.47 and they change
Some of the words are: system_server, mobi.mgeek.tunnybriwser,k worker/u:1, surface finger
They keep switching constantly

Go into developer options in settings and uncheck 'show CPU usage.'

Deduct is right, I was going to say those look like user load averages you see in linux.
