Problem loading widgets

I've got this on many roms. What causes it. I'm running UD 3.2 and I go to homescreen and 4 Widgets now say that. I can remove them and re add them back bit it may only last a day.

I had that same issue. What worked for me was flashing a kernel after flashing the ROM. I think it's the same kernel that comes with the ROM, but it fixed my problems with the widgets.
