problem placing battery cover back on?

For some reason, the battery cover does not want to fit in properly. No matter what I try, something ends up portruding on the back cover, particular around the bottom. I think I am going back to the store and exchanging the back cover. Good thing I bought it at the store. Not a good sign for an early adopter.

It's a pain in the ass... try pushing in the bottom first, then slowly making your way back to the top, exactly the opposite of what you did to take it off. I had to push firmly in several areas on my cover to replace it.
Battery cover = FAIL
