Problem when unlocking phone

Every now and again after I unlock my [COLOR=#812528 ! important][COLOR=#812528 ! important]droid[/COLOR][/COLOR]
, it freaks out. The screen goes black and the only thing you can see it the notification bar, and the bar will bounce back and fourth between landscape and portrait for about a second or two then go to the home screen, has this happened to anyone else? Plus some things just seem laggy like when I use handcent it takes a second or two to open or acknowledge I hit a button, any help?

It would help if you tell us your setup. Are you rooted, unrooted? What launcher are you using?

My ddroid is currently non-rooted and imbrunning pro launcher. The problems happen no launcher, helix and pro launcher, however I never fully unistalled the launchers when I went back to the original home screen just preferences it to use the native home screen
