"Problem With Audio"

I'm getting this message whenever I hit the voice search button. I'm assuming I turned it off somehow, possibly with ATK? I've gone through the settings menu, but can't figure it out.

How can I -

1. Turn it back on
or
2. Restore phone to factory settings (if necessary)

Just discovered that when someone calls me, I sound like a "robot" to them, as if I was using one of those things people use to disguise their voice.

Any suggestions?
