Problem with changing battery icon on UD theme

I searched for this and read thru a few different pages of results but nothing was really said that fixed my issue. I'm trying to change the battery icon on the my UD theme and it won't allow it. I tried using Ninjamorph and individually changing each battery icon and it didn't work. Then I tried two different metamorph battery icon themes and neither of those worked. Can anyone help me change this? I know I'm using ninja correctly cuz I changed the 3g icons to 4g.

If possible try to use some different icons. Also if you got the ones you have from a theme you have to extract them correctly or NM wont work. I am using UD and have not had a problem changing any images out as long as I pulled them from the theme wrong.
