Problem with Netflix app on S3 (error 13100)

Anyone ever asked to check the Don't keep activities in the developer options? I've done what the application asks, but it keeps giving me the same 13100 error. "To start playback please disable Settings/developer options/APPS/don't keep activities (13100)."

I'm doing this for a friend at school who's English skills aren't amazing, so any help would be awesome. Thanks!
 
Try clearing the data and cache for the Netflix app. See what that does.
