Has anyone run into this: When I import my contacts into Gmail, it puts my email addresses in the "notes" section instead of the email fields. So when it hits my phone, it has no email addresses to look for (when sending emails). Names and phone numbers come through fine.
Here's the process I used with Outlook 2007:
1) Export contacts to .xls file (it gives no option to export to .csv file).
2) Open the file in Excel, then save it as a .csv file.
3) Import the .csv file to Gmail.
The odd thing is I didn't have this problem until after I upgraded to Android 2.2.
Anybody see this and have a fix?
