problems with backing up/ restoring info coming to MIUI

So I wanted to have MIUI as another switchable ROM to go to on my phone, but TiBu isn't a set app that comes with it (so you have to download from market). So I tried to install my data through tibu before I restore my apps and I keep getting force close issues. So which things do I reinstate from tibu in order to have no issues or force closes?

user apps and data only. If you want your call logs and mms I recommend My Backup Pro. Several users have reported that it works well switching back and forth to MIUI. Restoring system data from another rom via tibu or nandroid will give you FC's

Tibu let's you select what you reinstall or not install so I was trying to see what things you can install without having force closes
