I just rooted and flashed clockwork mod recovery on my Fascinate. However I lost haptic feedback and I was reading the forums which said to install certain zip files which should fix the problem. However when I'm in Clockworkdmod 3.0.0.8 I get errors saying the zip files could not be installed because the recovery is based on a gingerbread recovery. Specifically "Amend scripting is no longer supported...please switch to edify scripting to create working update zip packages"
I tried to install an older version of clockworkmod via rom manager (2.5.1.4) however I get errors saying "an error occured while downloading your recovery". Which I think is perhaps an issue with the server. I was wondering if anyone has this older copy of clockworkmod and can send it to me? All I want is haptic feedback back onto my phone but I can't seem to get it back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
