Problems with updating/installing apps

Everytime I go to update or install an app it will only do it using wifi and it gets annoying. Started doing it after system update to gingerbread. Any ideas how to switch it back to 3g?

Try settings>battery and data manager>data delivery. If it asks anything, choose yes. If it doesn't on the next screen check all three and see what happens.

Is it every app or just certain ones?
