Props to the DROIDFORUMS family!

I just wanted show some love to the DROIDFORUMS family for keeping the discussions civilized. When someone starts a new thread stating that they are unsatisfied with the Droid (for whatever reson) and switching to another device, the only responses that I see are things like "The Droid isn't for everyone" and "Good luck with your new device." Coming from the Blackberry world, this is a refreshing change of pace. Over in Crackberry land, if you dare speak ill of a Blackberry (any Blackberry), you will be burned at the stake! You see things like "Go away troll!","You're a moron!" So I just wanted to say thanks for being adults and keeping the conversation on a mature level.

It is definitely a welcoming and supportive community. Thanks to these forums I know my phone inside and out and can do pretty much anything I want with it. I was actually able to educate the Verizon sales staff on the phone when I went in to purchase rather than watch them fumble for answers on what the phone is capable of.

So let me take this opportunity to say thank you to the mods and members of this forum.

Agreed! Df is as good as it is beause the members are great! It makes the mod's work easier. we are able to focus on the users who aren't friendly. It's really a refreshing thing to see so many helpful members!

Most DROID users were smart enough to leave their other device for one, so my thoughts are, we're all very, very smart people.
