Purging Facebook contacts.

I have removed Facebook from My Accounts because I don't use it. The contacts are gone from the Contacts screen, but when I try to call or text from Voice, my droid still has the old Facebook contacts when it asks me to confirm my command. I would like to delete all of the Facebook info completely off of my phone. Any suggestions?
